Step 1

Step 2

1次面談First Interview

1次面談では、アイデアの詳細やKDDIで取り組む場合の方策についてディスカッションさせていただきます。また、KDDI内で利用可能なアセットや環境についても個別にお応えいたします。

In the first interview, you will discuss with the interviewers details of your ideas and approaches you would bring to KDDI. In addition, we will answer questions individually regarding our corporate environment and the assets available in KDDI.

Step 3

最終面談Final Interview

アイデア実現事業の管掌役員などに向けたプレゼンテーション・面談を実施しマッチングを確認させていただきます。

We will assess your fit for the position based on the interview and a presentation you will give in front of the supervisor of the Idea Realization Project, etc.

Step 4

内定Offer

雇用条件などの説明の上、内定・入社に向けた準備を進めていただきます。

We will provide you with details of the offer package. Then you will prepare for receiving the official job offer and joining the company.

アイデア実現に必要な配属先を検討します。
（過去例）部直轄になり組織とは独立した形で配属

You will be assigned as suitable for realizing your business ideas.
(Past example) Assigned to an independent entity that directly reports to a department

応募資格Requirement

KDDIアセットを活用した新規事業構想をお持ちの方

You must have a vision of a new business to launch by utilizing KDDI assets.

事業立ち上げ、起業経験がある方
特定領域における特異なスキル・経験・ネットワークをお持ちの方

Previous experience in starting a business or a company
Specialized skills, experience, or a personal network of contacts in a certain field

雇用形態Job Type

有期契約社員（3年）

※契約期間後の契約更新（1年単位）、無期雇用などは都度交渉により決定いたします。

Contract (3 years)
* Contract renewal (1 year), conversion to full-time status, etc. will be discussed as needed.
